Many thanks for the info - but I'm not in recovery mode - volume up and start button is always no command! What can I do to get into the right menu where I can update?

Hello, admin

I have the same problem right now but the only thing appearing is the first bit what is presume is "factory mode" and nothing else.
I cant take a picture because i have no camera on hand, but im sure you can emagine 4 chinese symbols at the top left corner of the screen in yellow font.

Problem is i tryed tapping everything and pressing every button to do something, aaand nothing.

Any clue what to do?
