Speaker seems to be defective after 3 months

Tue Jan 17, 2017 11:37 am

Hello!

I have my BV6000 since the begin of October 2016, every thing was fine till now. Update to Android 7 was done with out any flaws.

2 weeks ago the speaker it self did start to get silenter an when I adjust to maximum volume the speaker start to rattle and gets noisy as hell, I think the speaker has become defective.

waiting for your further assistance!

Tom

I already done the update to Android 7.0 and it seems to be ok but my loudspeacker is defective since december. I sent several emails to backview with the form asking for a new one but no one answered. Can you help me, please.

I have the same problem with the speakers. It happens randomly and as far as I can see it is a bit too late to request new speakers. Is there any sollution for this problem?
