airplane/flight mode

During calls, holding the phone approached to 'ear systematically the device enters in airplane mode, cutting off so the call in progress. Do you know how to solve the issue? Thanks

If the proximity sensor is not working correct it could happen that "your ear" opens the settings menu and activate flight mode. You could try turn of the screen manually or calibrate the proximity sensor.
