impossibility of send message on "contact us"

Dear Administrator, I can't send my requirement on "Contact us". It respond 邮件发送失败！
I tried to call the "after sale" by Skype, but in vain.
I need to help for technical problems.

When I was writing to service they have no idea about OTG problem , and then started to asking strange things like:: Do you have Blackview BBS/VK number?
Admin wrote to write private message but its also impossible.
It will be better if you close this forum because you wasting our time and destroying BV PR
