Thank you for your quick response.
I have tried several headphones, with no one worked the radio.
Music I could hear.

Right audiochannel is played on the left and on the right.

Hi,

When I use other than original headphones that seem to fit into the socket, I get distorted music unless I push the jack hardly into the hole and hold. But the radio works even then. If your radio doesn't work even with original headphones, it looks like there is no ground contact. Maybe soldering problem. I'd suggest a warranty repair in this case.

Several headphones worked before with the BV6000. Now no more.
For all headphones the behavior is as described.
- The radio just rushes.
- For a test tone for the left channel, I hear this from the left and right headphones.
- In the case of a test tone for the right channel, I hear this from the left and right headphones.
- I can only hear the test tone for the central channel very quietly.
it looks like there is no ground contact.

I think he is right. Can I get a new socket?

The socket itself may be OK but the solder could have broken. Re-soldering the ground terminal on the board can fix the problem.

Thanks for this advice.
I looked at the soldering connection with a stereomicroscope. Unfortunately no faulty solder joint is recognizable.
The board with the contact springs I have not expanded.

Is it possible to see the circuit diagram?

I found that BV6000 built-in FM radio does support mono reception only, am I right?
