Hi I've had my BV6000 for about 6 months and I love it!

Just now when I have been using it the home button, back button and option buttons have become unreactive.

I've restarted the phone but still nothing is happening.

Is this a firmware issue?

I've downloaded the latest OTA available but I couldn't upgrade to Android 7.

Friend, you can contact the seller to repair it.

Ive also had some unresponsivenes from those buttons, but i thought its due to customized energy saving, its a bit late to turn on those buttons and its sometimes only after a few seconds that they work.
