I've just bought one of these devices, I think it's great for it's price, has really nice Features like IP68; actually, I'm seriously thinking about selling several units in my country (Colombia). But, there is something stopping me: for the autorized use within my country, the Colombia's Comunication regulator requires a photography of the FCC ID next to brand of the phone, or at least a Certificate of Blackview indicating the FCC ID of this great device; until I can get that, they will not allow it's use with the Colombian Mobile Operators; and the phone will be useless in colombia.

I want, kindly; to ask Blackview to send me the FCC ID Certification of these device to my email: londono-andres@hotmail.com or londono.andres@javeriana.edu.co; I think this device has a huge potential in markets like Latin American Countries.
