Yo tenía el mismo problema, algunos terminales chinos no tienen recovery.

La solución es:
1-. Instalar drivers: http://www.gizbeat.com/10576/blackview- ... p10-guide/
2.- Descargue y ejecute la última versión de SP Flash Tool: http://spflashtools.com/windows/sp-flash-tool-v5-1628
3-. En la mayoría de las webs, no tienen el autentico TWRP, descargar desde aquí: https://yadi.sk/d/rGR56jDbynEuy
4-. Seguir las instrucciones de flash que explican en el punto 1

The problem is this when I press power and volume + to go to the recovery menu that message appears and does nothing else

As Phil said after you see the picture press Power and while pressing power press vol + shortly
If you press power too long your phone will restart

This error only happens when I press power + volume up when it should enter into recovery mode, it does not enter and it gives this error
