Warranty processing BV6000

Hello,
I have on 3 September 2016 about Amazon (seller CRossTheSea)
The BV6000.
Now after the fifth month, the device is no longer booting.
Please give me a reference address where the guarantee can be settled.

Regarding my BV6000 and proximity issues, seller said to send email at blackpeachsale01@foxmail.com ... I already did. No answer.
I also posted here a detailed description of an issue on this forum. No answer.
It is been a month and I have phone that does not dim the screen while making calls.

Warranty claims are very hard to process.

You can calibrate it in the developer settings, but it wont help much because its a software bug or a shitty sensor.
You will get the same problem even with a new phone.

Hi,

Had same issue, managed to reset the threshold via the service menu.

Dial - *#9646633#*

Look for sensor's, then you check if working.

Will make a 'howto' if you like?
