Hi, i bought a BV6000 this summer and i was very happy until now.
Some weeks ago the main loudspeaker (the one used for phone calls, not the rear) has started to decrease his quality, sound become "cracly".
Now it's almost impossible to hear the voice during a call, so the phone has become unusable.
There is a way to repair the phone (i suppose it's under warranty)?

Hi!
I'm tryng to contact the service by mail, but it's impossible.
On 04/02 the service wrote me "wait", but today i have not received any item.
