Bv6000 camera and sound problem

Hi, my bv6000 got lots of problems now.
Im using latest stock rom, the problem is :
1. Sound is kinda choppy
2. Can use back camera, when i open camera app it only detected front camera.
3. Front camera is fliped vertically
4. Sms sometime can't receive nor send message.
Please how do i claim the warranty for this phone, im buying this from geek buying.
