Hey.
Recently, a common effort of members of the 4pda forum revealed a problem with the restart of the phone during a conversation. As it turned out on some revisions of the touchscreen (0x01 for me) if you apply a palm or several fingers to the unlocked display and hold for a little more than 30 seconds, the phone restarts. Apparently the same thing happens when talking, when the ear is in contact with the display for a long time.
Apparently because of different revisions of the touchscreen there are problems with the drivers of these touchscreens.
Blackview, can you still somehow react to the comments of your customers? You certainly are good fellows, that you try to support updates. But you have complicated your own life by creating such a large number of revisions of touchscreens, because of which a lot of problems arise.
I ask you to deliver this information to specialists working on ROM.
Ready to be a beta tester for ROM on the device with 0x01 revision of the touchscreen.
Sorry for my english.
