There is a new update? This is good.
I have one question, on last update I don`t have Glove mode any more in the menu, will that be a problem for fixing the bug with touchscreen on new update?

Hey. Installed a new OTA 20170708. Revision of the touchscreen ФТ5406_МТ, VER: 0с1е. Problems with the touchscreen are the same as on 20170517 (periodic friezes when unlocking, when scrolling tape, hang in games with double touch) ...

All done in this sequence...
The touch screen did not change, the glove mode disappeared more deeply.
Is I doing something wrong or does blackview really not responsible for its product?
With such a product, and without the right support of customers, you can quickly go down to the bottom!



For 10 days I spent $ 170 on bricks from blackview

Hi !
I have the same problem, new phone ( 2 weeks old, bought through Amazon ) , everything was working just fine, i dont remember if I tried or not, the glove mode, but three days ago I wanted to show somebody that has this option and I didnt even enable it and started to misbehave the touchscreen and slowly not to be usable at all. As described by the others, it seems that the upper part of the screen is down and the other way around, i managed to go in again in the glove mode option to be sure is disabled, and i managed to reset the phone. Still not working and still very very dissapointing. I know I have 1 year warranty and I would like to use it, and get it fixed( i really dont have more time to invest in this,I bought it because I wanted something good and durable ) or replaced or my money back. How should I proceed further ?

I've tried to attach a mouse with my OTG cable, but that won't even work either (mouse just does not work).

Looks like I'll have to go back to Amazon/Blackview for a full refund.

Shame, as the phone looked good.

Phone is good, but this is some sort of bad batch touch screens. Connect first seller as i did ( but he didnt help me) then if seller don`t help you connect service@blackview.hk.
Update flash don`t work!

p.s. Will post more details after I receive and replace the new touch screen.

If you are not able to solve the touch screen issue by your own please contact your seller for help. (Only) if you don't receive help from the seller contact blackview with all details of your buy (date, seller, order number, ...).

Please tell me how to solve this problem? the phone was taken without warranty, the seller does not sign ali, I'm in a hopeless situation ((
Need to replace the touch screen?
New update did not help (((
