I don't see this file, where do i find it? Are there any negative side effects from deleting it?
An update to fix this issue would be nice. I received my phone today and was really looking forward to play pokemon go for a bit.

All phones with the 20160822 rom will have this problem.
What is the decription key?
Please note, that if you release correct firmware you won't have such a problem from your paying customers
