About the screen, from Blackview official site say that it must be replaced the hole front panel.


1) Aliexpress seller only receive your money if you confirm that you received an working item. If you open an dispute instead you will get your money or the money for repair back from aliexpress.
2) In most cases you also buy an phone on aliexpres you also bought an 1 year local(!) replace guaranty bx TWG. Check if you did.

I know about the 1 year warranty, but there is no partner of blackview here in Bulgaria to connect with.
What is TWG?

This warranty exist but first contact is always the seller. It doesen't matter for that in which country you/the seller are.
If the seller don't exist any more / don't want to help you, you can contact us with order-date/order-number/name of seller/your address/complete description of the problem.

same problem here i disable glow mode screen stop working, update android low bottons dosent work at all, phone 4 days old :(

I`m still making negotiation with the seller. Will contact blackview if I don`t come to an agreement with the seller.

please describe more detailed what you did and what is not working.
maybe make a video to show your screen issue.

Some update on my case.
I have menage to add mouse with OTG cable and test touch screen in factory test.

After that i update my BV6000 to BV6000_V01_20170517. But the result is the same.
Is there a way to make factory calibration of the touch panel?

Under my case.Seller deny to help me at all, because aliexpress stop the dispute. So now i connect server@blackview.hk for support. They told me to wait some days because they don`t have Red touch panel now.
Blackview-admin, can you tell me In principle, how many days is waiting for another panel?

About the seller
The seller is Store name: Gooweel Industrial Ltd Store. Do not ever buy from him, he has no idea what he sells, and don`t have any technical education for the products he sells.

I have just received my BV6000 today, (through Amazon), and was checking out all the settings, to see how they all worked.

I disabled "Glove Mode" and then all of a sudden my touch screen stopped working.

I can't even turn it off, as you need to tap the screen to confirm your "off options"!

I've sent and email to the service team and await their response.

I had only the thing turned on for 5 mins!
