Re: Issues after update 20170517

Phone is unusable after 201705017 update. Screen is extremely laggy which results in needing several tries before being able to slide & unlock the phone. This is unacceptable and Blackview should better fix this soon, otherwise it will ruin the whole experience!

Please react NOW! :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil:

And I still have the touch problem. the glove mode is gone and space bar problem remains.

@blackview_admin:

Could you promise that one day all these problems are gone or do you recommend to switch to another phone from anotherbrand? Almost one year i have this phone now and it never worked.as it should. complaining at a chineae seller is rwdicilous because they know nothing about service.

@all: If you like to buy a new phone considwhat i have posted.above

Update V01_20170517 successfully. Slight delay of keys after update. After restoring the factory configuration, the BV6000 is fully operational.

Are you kidding me?!
It's so unresponsive and lagging, it's nearly unusable!

If I try to unlock my phone by swiping the "blackview-button" up, it takes 3-4 tries until it finally gives me the chance to put in my lock-pattern. And there, I can see the lag extremely; I can't see anything I swiped, then, after 2 seconds, the pattern appears and unlocks the phone.

I dunno what Blackview "improved", but this ain't no improvement - it's a total downgrade :x

That's why I really hope Blackview reverts these "bugfixing" changes and starts really improving their software. Security updates are also still dated back to march 2017, no change since last version.

@admin
If you don't want to give support, then just say so - but stop copy and paste the same useless information as always, giving us the illusion of caring for your customers.

I was so satisfied with this phone all the way from the beginning - until you released the recent firmware update. Now I really understand the frustration of all these users having even more trouble with their phones, regardless of being software- or hardware-related.

I'm highly disappointed :cry:

I have the same problem as you dee. Maybe there are different sort of phones on the market and update is good for one and worse for another. I don't understand this situation.

Not kidding, but I also don't have any problem or lag since 20170517 so we can not simply blame the SW...

Gerard mentioned that after Factory Reset it helped him, I personally didn't have to do so since it worked straight away, but can understand no one likes Factory Reset in order not to loose everything, so can only suggest to perform several times the Local Update with the same firmware and/or switch off/on the phone several times to see if it helps...

As I wrote before: I did factory reset and update by local update and it is still lagging.
