Re: Does raised back mean swollen battery? Is it still safe to use?

Wed Apr 05, 2017 6:12 am

Dear Admin,

I have contacted the seller few days ago. Since then I sent more photos and messages and got no response since the last: "How's thing going with the phone at the moment?" sent by the seller at 2017-03-29.

Link to the AE Smartphone Center, from which I bought my BV6000, is:
https://www.aliexpress.com/store/2025030

Can you help somehow?

We have the same screen problem and the same "seller" problem ... Sellers are good to sell ... final point ! nothing more . :x
I think that our only hopefulness is to get a new screen directly from Blackview ... We can have dreams. ;)

I ordered my BV6000 at 07:31 Nov. 04 2016 from store named "AE Smartphone Center" (https://www.aliexpress.com/store/2025030).

I've just made fresh photos:

and recorded a movie:

If a courier could deliver a new phone and get the old one at once, it would be great procedure. Just to be announced to get SIMs and SD out just before he arrives.

I'm waiting since long time for rear loud speaker replacement ...
Now, Blackview team should send a new screen (black) in the same box in the same time ... ;)

You mean the front half of the enclosure? I thought you're talking just about the LCD. You will just move main board and battery to the new shell then. If they replaced the phone it would be simpler, safer, plus BV could study the case on a live specimen.

If i look how BV fix rear the rear loudspeaker problem, i doubt they replace the phone ...
In the same time, i'm not ready to not have the phone for maybe several months waiting a new one !
But, i can have a dream ..., if BV send me quickly a new phone .... no problem ! ;)

If they send the new phone ant he courier took the old one at the same time this would be great. The seller sent me my BV from Germany: if they would be OK, they could do it that way quickly. They would do it... already.

Hello everyone!

I have the same problem with my BV6000.
I bought it from eBay seller manysellok (http://www.ebay.com/usr/manysellok?_trk ... 2749.l2754) in November 2016.
And now corners of the screen starts to become white in upper part. It looks awful. Also there is no sensitivity in upper part of the screen. It brings me troubles.

I'm writing to seller about my problem but he ignores me.
So I'm asking Blackview team for help.
