I think blackview closed support for the bv6000. Besides did you flash all roms? did you hard reset all times? these advices are nonsens. blackview knows that the bv6000 has serious mistakes/failure.
My advice: buy a new phone from another brand. so did I and it feels good to have a working phone.
no more wasting time with flashing all the time, hard reset all the time, and still have something for the bin. time to change
I'm also waiting for the update to fix the touchscreen-reboot bug. The firmware 20170404 was actually usable for me. 0517 is terrible, but it's too difficult to downgrade (need to reinstall all app & data...)
I also have a BV8000 on order, i hope the software is more stable.
@blackview-admin: How can you recommend in all your posts to install the latest May update if it has serious failure and mistakes which make the phone unusable? How can you recommend that? So you confirm the update has "issues" Could you please inform your customers what issues? We have the right to know what is going on with all the faulty bv6000! Will the by you announced update the sensor problems? or are these hardware failures?
Well, at least testing is underway.. That's something at least.
Just so those of you who just came in know, later model Blackview BV6000 phones had parts swapped out for other components (I'm not sure why) and this has caused a difference between the performance of some phones and not others. So the standard operating system uploaded to all phones has had a different effect.
The fix will need to take all of this into account. I hope it does as I hate wasting money!
