OTG in my BV6000 also does not work. I have sent email to service@blackview.hk for replacement USB module.

send a email to service@blackview.hk to get a free OTG spare part replacement,which is needed to
fix the problem. Then you can follow our tutorial video about OTG fixing to solve the problem.

Please note: tell your username in our official forum for us to confirm if you can get the OTG spare part replacement or not.

This is my 4. th try to post a comment that is accept and released by blackview:
I have the same Problem, and tried to ask for the otg spare part.
I get no answers from Service@blackview.hk if blackview is going to send this part.

I have send second email for free OTG spare part, because I did not get decision for sending spare part. My email was pornek@[...]

My BV6000 really does not have OTG working. I have tried to connect USB mouse and 16GB Pendrive to my BV6000. None of those devices react. It looks like they are not powered at all, because diode under mouse and diode on pendrive did not lighted. I did everything like on video:

but my phone just do not work like that. I thought it might be an issue with included OTG cable, but this cable works well with other devices I have. So that is why I am sure that OTG in my BV6000 is broken and I would like to get replacement part.
