The order date is 18 Aug 2016.
And I have the same issue since updated to 0517 firmware.
All my friends which have BV6000 just did not update the firmware and still are using Android 6.
If I understand correctly, you do not plan to fix the drivers in the current firmware (Android 7) for the touchscreens of the first batch. Right?

Last update installed, factory reset, and still I have problem with touch screen.

Just like the admin recommended, I wrote to the seller but he does not reply to my message.

LOL!! I don't understand that the only solution is to change the device...
I made the order on eBay on June 7, 2016 to seller Toy0726, and everythings worked correctly until update 20170708.
My touchscreen driver is FT5406_MT, ver:0x1e.
I already did the factory reset when I updated.

Downgrade to 2016 versions with A6 is not a solution? Can't take the drivers of A6 to A7?

Please Blackview developers solve this bug of touchscreen.

Or i have the only solution to throw away my Blackview6000. In this case i would never buy a new Blackview.

You don't need to throw away anything. For most devices it helps to update or downgrade to and other firmware by flashing. After that perform a factory reset in recovery. Of that don't help you can exchange your phone over the seller.

The problem of restarting devices during call is an issue with some touchscreens. It may be solved by up- or downgrade to not affected Firmware versions if you perform a factory reset in recovery after that. If that really don't help you can exchange your device over the seller.

If your seller really don't help you please contact kelly@blackview.hk. Describe your issue exactly, refer to this post, and provide all informations about your buy/device (date, order number, seller, price, color, IMEI, communication with seller, ...)

Why Blackview can't just fix the latest firmware?
Why you can't rollback the touchscreen drivers from previous firmwares?
It looks like the latest touchscreens have the buggy drivers too if you disabled the gloves mode.
Android 6 works just fine including the gloves mode.
But I need Android 7 features.
The phone offers the firmware update every week and I reject it every week. I hate it.
I have reflashed and reset the phone few times and restored all applications and settings.
I hate it too and I don't want to do it again.
You changed at least 3 touchscreen models in the production process.
You finally broke the touchscreen drivers.
And you don't plan or can't fix it.
Why should I continue to use this phone and cooperate with Blackview in the future?
