"Hardware testing>Audio>speech enhancement" in engineer mode (type *#9646633# in phone dial pad)

It might help us to find if there is any difference between them.

sadly, that didn't help at all, can you tell me something specific? when I set every 0 to 5555 and restarted the phone it just dropped the line and I couldn't call anyone. now I just write back all the zeroes where they were, and it kinda works. but the original problem still exists.

and the rest is 0 too

ok, today I've got it back from the 3rd time from the service, still the same error, after they claimed it that they replaced the top noise cancelling mic.
so I deciced, I'll just buy a new phone. obviously not a blackview. thx for the help.

if you are affected by microphone issues please also try out to deactivate the "OK google" feature. It can stopp the mic working for other apps/calling in some cases.

ok Google feature was off. never mind i've got a new phone now (webshop refound). it was a hardware problem (probably).
