i was try factory reset but still same, hang then reboot.

On older rom android 6.0 it's normal. But on Android 7 hang then reboot.

In this this thread users describe hangs after keeping finger on screen for 30s. This is quite similar to making a call when you touch the screen with your ear. Source of the problem may be upgraded touchscreen driver that doesn't work well with all chips used in BV6000. I have replaced the front panel recently and GT9XX_GESTURE works like a charm but people having gt1 chip experience problems with Android 7. Flashing back to Android 6 may help until Android 7 supports all chips used in different BV6000 series.
