I have a BV6000 since July 2016. Two weeks ago the loudspeaker began to wheeze. This is very troubling. Could you help me please?

If you sent mail to service@blackview.hk before January 2017, you can get the replacement of speaker.

Dear BV,

Six months of waiting for spare parts in place of a poor quality ones cannot be called a 'consumer care'. It's a joke. How could a user demand the speaker before January if one broke in April (there was April 2017 two weeks ago)? Should the customer wait for December to get his part? I'm afraid it'll be another who realizes that the last phone from BV he has already bought and will warn fiends not to do this mistake.

Back panel for BV6000 can be bought on Aliexpress for few bugs, but it's still not the user's fault that one has to be replaced. BV screwed and BV should repair it - or deliver parts and pay for repair - quickly. Quickly means two weeks, not six months.

Maybe poor quality means BV wouldn't earn a penny on their flagshit if tried to repair or replace malfunctioning devices. But this should be BV's lesson, not customer's lesson. The only thing the customer can learn is to avoid such company in the future. I will and my friends will too. Blacklist is a good place for Blackview.

Hello, I contacted Alston after the sale of Blackview to replace my
speaker black but he told me that it was not possible because it
had to be done before February 11, 2017. I never received Mail
to prevent me and I do not have an eye paste on the facebook
page of Blackview to be aware, so I have more than to buy the
speaker on ali express without being on that will solve the problem.
I, too, might turn Blackview into a blacklist. But I'm lucky because
with all the updates, I have only this problem.

I have contacted Alston in November 2016 for a black loudspeaker problem. His answer is always wait, wait, ... (5 months) but nothing come for me.
Where is professionnal honnor of Blackview team ? It's not serious !
All these problems come from Blackview and it's normal that you have to repair your desaster.

Is that all you have to offer? You know about problems with loudspeakers. I found out about it two weeks ago. How do I need to write an email before January 2017?

If the below way can not help you, please contact the online shop to get repaired, they will get our support to help you.

You are now in engineer mode with the top tab telephony.
swipe across until you get to hardware testing.
select audio
select volume
select voice
you will see the drop down menu for receiver, hac, headset, speaker.
select either receiver or speaker
manually change UL gain to say 240.
scroll down the screen and hit the button Set.
go back using < key.
then select voice again just to check the setting for UL gain has changed
then press home and test by ringing someone or receiving a call."

Hello,
Doing this procedure works but brings
the sound to saturation when listening
to music.
