I come back on my screen problem, it’s difficult for me to send my phone to the seller, so i have postpone the sending, and would like to do it now because the screen problem is really big today.
But i add any problem, since 5 days , the middle of my screen has no sensibilité with my finger and it’s not possible to push many command, for exemple i can’t push switch off the phone , this area have no reaction,
Then i decided to send my phone, but yesterday, i take my phone to go in paddle on the mediterranean sea, i take any piture, everything is ok,
At home i check my phone , he is off, i puch the button, and curious restart… and he switch off again,
I said , no !! it’s impossible the waterproof cap have only 7month with one ‘open/close’ per day to charging the phone , so 210 charging and are well closed.
I open it .. many water inside, and the connecor is green !!
What’s happen ?
A waterproof phone ? picture under water ? , it’s possible only the first day !
you have to inform us about that, how many ‘open/close before to replace the waterproof cap ?? there is no information on your notice.
I buy an unbreakable phone, so i buy big heavy phone, big dimension and There is no advantage if i compare with a normal phone .
What can we do ?, could you help me ?
