I bought my newest BV6000 a week ago. Everything's completely fine except the front camera which totally blacks out during video calling or selfie. I've got the latest firmware update 20161011. Is there any way to fix this problem?

The selfie is taken in low-light environment ? Which may influence your image brightness.

I have the same problem with my BV6000. The camera goes dark sometimes from the beginning, sometimes after a while. The brightness in the room is good, I have tried to increase it and the problem still persists. How can we solve the problem? Thanks!

I've got the same problem! The front camera shows everything very dark...
