BV6000 Dead (wont turn on) after battery 0%

Dear admin..

Help me please, My BV6000 suddenly dead (wont turn on),
when i am charging bv6000, it fall to the ground (1 meter in high)..and then bv6000 blackscreen and wont to turn..
what should i do ?
