Can anyone help me with the procedure for unrooting my BV6000 other than "HARD RESET" or "FLASH STOCK ROM" on my device?

So just to confirm, you want to 'Remove the root' ?
If you rooted the phone using SuperSU then click into the SuperSU icon and remove it's root access.
