Three weeks ago I bought a brand new BV6000 phone. last week the mic stopped working (People can not hear me when I call or receive calls(phone or viber). Google Voice search is not hearing me. and voice recorder app is not recording any sounds.

The phone has not been subjected to any physical shocks

I have factory reset the phone from settings few times but no luck.

I wonder if there is a setting or an app that's stopping the mic from working?
the phone is up-to-date with android version.

Please help me before i send the phone to the retailer.

P.S. (I liked the phone a lot, when it was working)
