No 4G connection and can't OTA

I'm still on 20160704. The search for a new OTA does not find results. It says I have the most recent version. And I can't get 4G connection in Portugal with Vodafone. Please help.

Hi,

what 4G Brand (network frequence) you need for Vodafone network in your local ?
And if your OTA update fails to receive the latest verison , you can flash a new rom with flash tools.
