Hello everybody,
Since a few days the connection to datas (3G) is more and more random, sometimes I can connect sometimes not.
At the beginning of the problem I just had to restart the BV6000 or switch to airplane mode for a few seconds to reactivate the 3G but since yesterday it does not work anymore.
Moreover since yesterday I can not send SMS either.
By cons I can still call, receive SMS and connect to WiFi.

Does anyone have any way to solve these problems?

It looks like a problem of your phone carrier, i suggest to try the same SIM with another phone to set some variables.

Indeed, in the meantime I had tested my SIM card in another phone and the problem was the same, so it is the SMS sending number that has cleared (confirmed by the technical service).

The problem is that on the BV6000 we do not find how to access the configuration parameters of the sending number of the SMS (while it is easy to get to other phones).

Can you tell me where to go to reintroduce the SMS sending number of my telephone company?

Regarding the problem of connection to the 3G it seems currently resolved (without doing anything particular).

Hello!
It's actually really easy.
Go to Messaging app;
Make sure you are on the main screen of the app, where you see all your conversations;
Tap the 3 dots in the top right of the screen;
Go to settings -> Text Message(SMS) -> SMS Service Center.

I have already looking for this field several times but it is not found on my BV6000 ... maybe because I use the french version??
Finally I put the SIM card in a smartphone of a well-known brand with a more developed software overlay and I had access to this field to reprogram the number of sending SMS and now it's working well again.
