My BV6000s has suddenly stopped working. It shut down saying there was no charge in the battery when a few seconds earlier it was showing 35%. How can I make it restart? A long press on the on/off button does nothing. I briefly had a picture of a battery on the screen when plugged into charger but nothing since. Help

Unfortunately it looks like an hardware fault... i suggest you to contact your seller for a replacement under warranty.
