I try to update my phone. I downloaded ROM 20170223 to my phone, open the update via local file. Phone restarted, looks like it is upgrading, but after start up, nothing happens. The version of ROM is still the same.
Can anybody help what to do with it?
My actual ROM is 20161216. But do not work properly. I have some problems with sound.

Why you don't flash the last ROM ?
In all cases if sounds problems come from material speaker defect, upgrade ROM will not change nothing ...
Check before if you have problems also with headset.

I cannot upgrade on any other newer version. Still the same problem. Flash via computer doesnt work for me, I dont know why.
I do everything as it is in manual, but phone do not connect to PC. It always disconnect, after few seconds.

Have you also tried the local update? Eg download to phone and then flash? As the PC route does not work, you probably will not have TWRP or anything else preventing it from working...

I suggest you to move to another PC and start again from the beginning!

Load the rom to flash tool press download..then power off the phone connect usb cable to pc while holding vol down button.
