Service points

Wed Aug 10, 2016 6:24 am

Since my phone (BV6000) is broken due to the flashing of the firmware...

Is there a list of service points for Blackview?

Thanks

Yes, completely dead, see my other comment in the thread. I did all the steps like you described, and it flashed, but now it is dead. Flash program recognize it shortly, but cant flash again, no screen nothing.

You have to contact the seller. I believe warranties are via the seller.

Yes, win 10, 64bit.
So there is no service after warranty? The seller will take it within warranty of course, but after this? Buy a new one?

Hi,

You can cntact with seller to ask for a repair if this meet the warranty. If seller approve your warranty, you ship to them , and they will bring
products to us for a fix. For details , you need to talk with your seller.
