Camera freezing the phone

When I open Camera application and click anywhere on the screen it completely freezes my phone. Factory reset doesnt help.

The phone can be power off and on ?

Yes it can be powered on and off. Factory reset and firmware update didnt help. What now?

If firmware update fails to help, please contact your seller for repair.
