Hello, recently on my BV6000 at the top left and right sides of my screen are slowly turning white, it didnt seem like it was a big problem at first, but now a small area of the screen doesnt respond to touch, it shows the picture fine, but the touch in the middle of the area does not respond at all, tested it on the pointer tracker, it showed nothing. Please help me with this, thank you. (Note, the glass protector was damaged since the start, ive had this phone for a year now.

This is a know issue. contact your seller to exchange/repair the phone while warranty time. Or contact service@blackview.hk
