BTW, there is another well known touchscreen issue.
The touchscreen works incorrectly if the phone is connected to the charger.
It applies to the touchscreen revision FT5406_MT, VER: 0x1e at least.
Unfortunately it is the hardware issue and cannot be fixed by firmware.

Ciao, I have all the updates, it was the damned updates that caused all this in the first place.
Can and are you going to fix it or not, it's really a simple question of which you must know the answer.
First it was the stupid speaker that broke and you sent me a new one, then you sent updates that causes my phone to restart constantly during calls, its not what I or anyone else pay money to buy phones for.
How about you take some responsibility for your product and fix it and preferably before the warranty expires.
As for who I bought the phone from, that's a waste of time as this is the second blackview phone I have got from them the second one being a blackview bv6000s.
I bought the bv6000s so I had a spare phone whilst waiting many months for you to send me a new speaker for the bv6000 which now does not work properly either because of the restarts.
I had to put a paypal dispute to get my money back from the seller of the bv6000s as after posting several post on here under the bv6000s section you BLACKVIEW refused to respond. the post is still there under Dud Phone.

The problem of restarting devices during call is an issue with some touchscreens. It may be solved by up- or downgrade to not affected Firmware versions if you perform a factory reset in recovery after that. If the latest version don't work for you try out flashing older versions where you don't had this issue. If that really don't help you can exchange your device over the seller.
