Maximum SD Card

Hi,

It is wrote everywhere that the memory is expandable to 32GB maximum with a sd card.
There is no way that a 64gb works ?
I put one (64gb), but seems corrupt. Try to format it with the phone, but "Couldn't erase sd card".

What do you think ? :?:

Hi,

not a 64GB but just 32GB TF is supported.

congratulations for your product IP68 bought 2 smartphone okay. but do not understand where to install expansion micro memory 32 of the manual does not specify. you have a plan for how to proceed? I have installed two SIM but can not find housing for memory expansion. Where is? thank you

Hi,

in fact the it is very easy to find the sd card slot, so could you show
us a picture to tell us how you insert the simcard ?

The problem is the standard filesystem for 64GB memory card that is exfat and is not supported by Android system.
Try to format the 64GB sd card in FAt32 using guiformata pplication.

I solved it this way with many deviecs that not supporetd officailly 64GB sd card.

hello friends the device bv6000 hold only max 32GB and memory card is placed to right of dual sim cards.[img]

How do you INSTALL the micro SD Card????
There in no PROPER instruction manual included in the very impressive box with the phone.
Please make a video on how to install the SD card...
