Hi All,

Please advise how to go about getting the replacement screen.

I have tried to create a post with regards to my screen which suddenly went black. but till now I have not seen the Post.

I tried calling BV but no one answered

I tried to skype the Support also no one answered.

any my phone is only 4 months old.

This is frustrating as I need to get my data out.

Please help.

Actually I didn't unsolder/solder again the mike, I carefully took it away removing the silicone and put it back as it is in the new screen. I didn't put new silicone as I don't intend to put mine into the water but in these threads they speak about what to use:
