Please do not upgrade by formatting, or all the data on your phone will be damaged, that may hardly to be getting fixed.
We will send you the writer tool for you to write the IMEI yourself.
Will send to your mail, because we can not attach the file on this forum.

Hello,
I need help, because I have wrong hands. If I use SP Flash tool for updated Android from 6.00 to 7.00 I used settings with 'format' :-/ I read it in your handbook "flashing-BV7000pro_v3.pdf", but I got mistake. I lose both IMEI (duo SIM) and serial number in my phone: Blackview BV7000 Pro Silver. The IMEI is empty and serial number is generic: 0123456789ABCDEF. I have all this original value (on purchasing box and phone). I ask uncle Google a lot for reset this value in my phone todey but I didn't found answer. Can you help me, plese?
Many thanks
JIM
