Yesterday have tried to make some photos with my bv6000, the camerera sux,
pictures are dark, sometimes blurred, not looking how they should be.
If you have sunny day and try to make some photos outside it is not so bad, but if you try to make some photos inside,
or weather condition are not so good it is really bad... I have 2mpixel 14 years old camera, it makes better photos...

Do you have any suggestion how to improve photo quality ? Maybe some tweaks with ore replacement of default camera application ?

Hi friend, the picture intensity also can be effected by the screen brightness, please check the screen and adjust the screen brightness.

I made quite fine pictures at night yesterday. The are a bit noisy of course but we must remember that people are stupid and the only parameter they appreciate is the number of megapixels. They don't understand what it means, however. The more pixels the sensor of a given size has, the lesser the single pixel is and the fewer photons can it trap. It's not possible to pack 36mm sensor into a phone, is it? This explains why old 2Mpix camera, having ancient yet bigger sensor made of large pixels, can give better photos. Today's standard HD monitor (1920x1080) has resolution of about 2Mpix. Then, using over 10Mpix cameras is stupid as long we don't have sophisticated lens and don't want to put our photos at the cover of the magazine. People don't need more than 2Mpix but they want 20Mpix so the manufacturers put as many Mpix as they can, giving people what they want and they get worse photos they could have spuprisingly taken using the camera they despise.

Then, the BV6000's main camera is even better than I expected knowing it's sensor has so tiny elements. The only really sucking sensor in BV6000 I found so far is the magnetometer.

Putting two cameras in the back, one (20Mpix) for idiots and the second with good - let's say - 4Mpix sensor for making fine photos could ba a solution - but the camera in a phone's case is bulky anyway. On the other hand I don't need front selfieshooter. And what id the low-res camera was on a pivot like in some laptops?

Looks like you only focus on Megapixel thing here.

(They didn't pay me for this, I bought their phone and I hate ignorance...)

The camera in my BV6000 makes quite detailed and sharp pictures in good lighting conditions, but except for the edges. The pictuers are notably blurred in upper-left area.

I've tried several camera apps with slighty improvement compared to stock app, but no one app could eliminate the issue completely.

Is it software issue or the lens are bad?
