All pictures are blurred after Android 7 upgrade, in truth 1 picture on 10 is not blurred BUT :

With BlackView BV6000/BV6000S on Android 6.0, no issue of blurred pictures

With Google App Photo, 1 picture on 5 is not blurred

There is 3 flash light, on other phone just one Flash light only.

My company developped a little test mobile app for android to note this issue

We bought 10 Blackview BV6000 and BV6000s phones

How fix this issue ?

Which ROM versions had you tried?
How do you focus - just press the triggering-button or pressing on the focus-place on the screen?
For your app I get a 404 error.

Please make an update and test out ROM 20170708. Be sure to focus by pressing on the right spot of the picture and choose a place with enough light.

You must check this issue, my company use BV6000/BV6000s all the days with another mobile application with more features.

It's a problem with Android 7, not Android 6. We will downgrade all phones in this fact.

Your last version is running but I don't understand what you want to show with it. I can not reproduce your issue. Not with your app and not with the original camera app. Please describe your problem detailed and clearly.

And please don't misunderstand me but if it will help you feel free to rollback to Android6.

When we do photos with flash, 9/10 pictures are blurred BV6000 with Android 7 only.

The light of flash is maybe too long and focus become unstable. But we can't adjust time of flash light programmatically. But above all, it's only on android 7 !!!

On Android 6.0, no issue, with and without flash, focus always stable !!!

Tested with BV6000s and BV6000 on Android 6.0

This issue is on BV6000 on Android 7 only

Thanks for describing the issue. I can reproduce that in your app but not in the original camera app or apps like open camera. So I am not sure if we can help.

This mobile app of test has been developped on C#/Xamarin.

It's a small part of big professionnal and commercial mobile app with using Bluetooth, Wifi, Internet, GPS and Camera !!

We do 100-150 pictures by day and by phone. It's pictures of control of work at customers

We don't manage camera's focus neither flash's light. It's a problem with Android 7, not a problem of developpment.

No issue on Android 6.0. No changes on Android 7.0. With another phone brand on Android 7.0 and 7.1.1. No issue of pictures blurred with flash

Process of take a picture is simple : Start Focus => Focused OK + Flash On = TakePicture

It is at the time of taking the photo that the focus becomes unstable, on Capture event. We can't fix this issue programmatically.

You must fix this issue on rom of Android 7

Google camera app or apps like open camera are developped C or Java, not Xamarin/c#.

We can send you code source of mobile app of test to check code source if you want
