1. Whenever I turn on the mobile device I have to select the memory card, I would like the option to be registered as it was in the old version.

2. The whatsapp application does not go online, meaning the messages only arrive when I open the application, even in 4g or Wifi. The application has all accesses released.

I need help.

Be sure to set Whatapp on the whitelist at "settings>Background task clear".
If that don't help you can also try all other energy saving settings.

I'll try the configuration. And as for the answer of the problem 1) the SD memory card always has to be chosen when starting the cell phone. I want to leave as standard the storage always on the external card, but choose this always, this is annoying me a lot.

I can not reproduce your SD Card problem. Please check if the card is inserted correct and can not move inside the port. Then choose in the settings if you use the card as internal or external storage and set as standard. If the message appears again on every start you should try a factory reset.

hi, I´m sure the only way to solve your problem with SD Card and WhatsApp is to do a factory reset. Myself I´ve had problems with sd card and WhatsApp - I solved it with a factory reset. Pls remember: your phone will be in the same status as you received it! All data from the phone (not sd card) will be deleted. But it´s the only way to solve this problems because the bugs did not appear at any other user.

Nothing worked. I tried factory reset, tried with the new version 20170708, but the problem is the same, I always have to define the form of storage at each boot of the device.

The admin solved my problem with whatsapp (post above), probably because it is a common / simple problem, if your factory reset repaired this is your system that is different from the others.

After the last update (20170708), I noticed that when rebooting the cell phone the system performs an error scan on the card, and simultaneously displays the message that the storage has changed. Soon in the sequence asks if I want to change the storage location, that is, every time I reboot the system it checks for errors on the SD card and after that it asks where I want to leave the system storage by default.
Maybe the error is in the automatic scanning of the SD card at every restart, that is, the system understands that the card is new, and does not recognize that it is the same.

The SD card may have lost it's file structure, you should try putting the SD into a PC and reformatting it to fat32.
