Hello, my bv6000 sometimes starts to restart continously. It seems that this behaviour is linked to the wifi on. It stops with wifi off and restart with wifi on... Any help?

If you can send us the related log, then we can well locate the problem.
enter into the engineer code(by *#9646633#)--log and debugging--MTk logger--click the red icon on the bottom of the screen to start--while the problem comes out, click the button"stop"
Then connecting your PC and send us the MTK log file and time of problem happening.

Hello, I'm having the same problem. The weird thing is that at work, it has no problems, but at home it keeps restarting. So it may be something related to the WiFi configuration. I inserted the code but it gives me a pop-up notice: "EM is an advanced debug mode. If you want to entry the EM, please entry the Developer options at settings!"... I didn't understand what to do and where is this option to enable.

settings>about device> tap build number until it states you're now a developer>back to settings>developer options

Same happened to me in 2 23 17 ROM.then I updated to the latest problem solved.

Although logs are not very descriptive, always good to update first to the latest rom available

Did you update to the latest firmware available?

I have problem only with WPA WIFI... without encryption, WIFI working correctly.
