I love my BV6000 but the speakers are unusable, they make the cracking sound that made my phone unusable without earphone connected
how do I need to proceed for the replacement of my phone.

My loudspeaker is broken and sounds terrible. I only bought my phone on 30th October 2016 and arrived in November so I haven't had it six months. Previous to finding this online today I spent some time last month trying to contact members of the black view team via the website with no joy. The Skype contacts don't reply, the contact form doesn't work at least not from my phone and I couldn't find an email address to contact.

I have emailed the link listed above but I'm hoping writing here will guarantee a reply.
