I bought my Blackview R7 on December the 23th, and it used to work very well but a week ago it started to have problems, the touchpad (buttons under the screen) don't work anymore whereas the screen is still working. The phone has never fallen, i have never put it in water I think it's a breakdown anyone knows about a warranty from Blackview I could use??
