warranty replacement

Mon Jun 19, 2017 7:32 pm

Hello!

I have bought BV6000 in November 2016 (https://ru.aliexpress.com/store/2026051 ... 0.0.4WeCUX) and use it daily like normal phone for a few months without any extreme conditions. Couple of weeks ago I have faced strange behaviour of the phone. It looks like that something wrong with power.
1. Charging is extremely slow. Full charge from 0% to 100% could take up to 24 hours. I have tried 2 different original chargers.
2. When the phone goes to sleep mode, the power is always off and when you press power button for wake up, the phone starts boot instead of wake up.
3. Speaker is not working. I do not hear anybody who call me.
4. Loud-speaker is not working.
5. USB works only for charging. USB for PC connection or for file transferring does not work. I have thought to update the firmware (now it is V01_20160822), but PC (with all necessary pre-installed drivers) did not see the phone at all, even like unknown device.
6. Headphones connection icon is always present even if headphones is not connected.

Please, explain in details, how to replace the phone by warranty?

Best regards,
Alex

I have also tried your recommendation from "bv6000 loudspeaker do not work!!!!" http://bbs.blackview.hk/viewtopic.php?f=142&t=148789 and nothing happen. Seems that speakers are dead.

The phone needs to be fixed now.
You can find your local phone repair shop to fix your phone.
Or you can contact at dimitri@d-sign.be, he is good at fixing blackview phones.

Do you have partners or representatives in Russia?

Do you have a baby? They like to put thing in holes and it seems your ports are damaged or filled with something.

It seems like something were put into the headphone socket and then all sounds are routed to headphones. It's simple mechanical switch there - try to plug phones jack and see it it enter entirely without being blocked using normal force. If not, removing what sits there may fix the problem.

Similarly with the USB port: data transmission doesn't work so the charger cannot be requested for more juice, giving standard 5V @ 500mA. Maybe something sits there and the plug doesn't get into deep enough: power lines are a bit longer and they contact but data lines cannot be reached. Maybe contacts are dirty? Let's see. It's possible that dirt (if present) could be blown out.

Of course I may be wrong and the problem lays elsewhere. But you may start with that.

I have checked the headphone socket - it is clean. And also I have plugged the headphone and tried to listen something music/video/etc. Nothing. There is no sound through the headphone. Same headphones with another phone is working fine.
