I'm getting crazy. I was three days ago putting on charge my phone while it was at 10%, I left it for few hours and when I came back, it was off and it still is and doesn't want to turn on anymore. Do we have a combination of something to try to turn it on? Or a reset? or any other idea of why it's not working anymore?

I plugged it again, I changed the cable, I kept pressing the Power Button for more than 10 secondes... everything and nothing seems to be working.

Please, help my poor soul of non-technological girl.

you could try if you can start to recovery (add phone to power cable, press power+volume-up the same time for 10 seconds, if green figure appear press power+volume-up again). If that work you could try a factory reset here.

If that don't work you could check in a local repair store if the battery connection is correct or when you are still in warranty time ask your seller for help.
