Hi,

Can you let me know roughly how long does it take to set up accessories store?

thanks.

We will publish this information on this forum, but currently we can not tell the date.

Hi admin,

when are you going to publish information about the setting up accessories store? it is not rocket science. hopefully, your plan is not for 2018!!

I think we will wait for a long. in my case after i connect it with a PC in USB the charge control circuit was burned (reverse polarity from USB of the PC) and i realise that the phone didn't have a reverse polarity protection. it have step up and down conversion for charging with 9 volt and to power the OTG but it have not a polarity protection. :?:
the only answer i get for a replenishment the board, or for the chip, or for the code of the chip, or for a solution to fix my phone(not for free) is ...... to see the forum......

If the seller must provide a guaranty you could get back your money from paypal/ or your credit card operator. I guess BV can not provide spare-part-mainboards to customers in the moment. You could search if you find a cheap used device on ebay for using its mainboard.

I wanted to solve the problem with Blackview friendly. but seems they don't want help. I will solve it by Paypal dispute center.

But don't mix up blackview and seller. The Seller must provide guaranty and the seller is your right first contact if you have hardware-problems.
