The
first step is to get new front panel if
warranty didn't expire. People don't know how, so they buy them by themselves and complain on Blackview. Then, the second step, is how to find technician who, given this tutorial, will
replace the front panel free of charge - fulfilling the
warranty. People don't know this and are trying to repair their phones themselves or pay for the repair while the phone is still on
warranty what should not take place. Then they complain and put Blackview on blacklist. You surely don't want that. Disappointed people spread negative opinions on Blackview instead of recommending it to friends and buy another BV phones for their relatives or for themselves when wanted to get better phone (instead of replacement for broken BV6000). You surely would prefer recommendations over complaints. Building reputation costs but great companies know it's worth the effort.
Anyway, thank you for the movie. I'm waiting for spare parts for BV's flagshit and will try to follow these steps. Then I'll be able to estimate this tutorial.
It could be worth maybe to
pin this tutorial on top or
make another section, where the BV will publish tutorials for servicemen how to fix your phones, where users may comment BV's topics but not create their own - so the tutorial won't bury under users' topics.
Last but not least. Fixing the screen means here replacing it. Funny. I've just fixed my phone then - just replaced with ASUS that works.
