What's the general opinion with regard to the latest update; Worth upgrading to from the February firmware or not?

My impression is that there are more issues introduced then solved, so I skip this one for now...
How can I hide the update reminders?

I can not confirm that. The version 20170414 runs with me very well. It is the best version of all.

Brightness level max and adaptive brightness on. I can't see any problems with higher power consumption coused by screen, just usual comparing to other phones.

As you can see below SOT time is not the worst in BV6000 (10h+)

I think the problem is the quality control during the production, so many phones shouldn't leave the factory.

My Blackview BV6000 came with Android 7.0 installed and yes the Capacitive touch buttons at the bottom of the screen are
frustratingly slow to react. I believe it is Android 7.0 which is the issue because these buttons are very sensitive in Glove Mode but not in normal mode.

The screen also lags a bit too. I thought it may have been due to me installing a tempered glass screen protector but now I realize it is probably android 7.0.

I'm wondering if the Blackview Admin team is looking at this.

I've had enough of Android 7.0. i'm going back to Android 6.0 tomorrow. Will reflash it myself.

Has anyone with these problems tried factory reset? Did it help?

Or the only solution is going back to Android 6?
